Sightsavers works to eliminate avoidable blindness and promote the rights of people with disabilities. The organization’s mission combines medical care (e.g., cataract surgery) with advocacy for inclusive policies. In Ghana, programs focus on eye health, neglected tropical diseases (NTDs), and education for children with visual impairments.
